What you will learn

In this workshop, we’ll focus on practical steps to help you navigate ethical decision-making. Rarely is a situation clear and we often sit in uncertainty and "gray" areas looking for a path to follow. Ethical dilemmas can be challenging, but by practicing a structured approach, you’ll be more prepared to handle them confidently and to trust the decisions you make at the end of the day. You'll learn an 8-step decision-making model to guide you through these moments, ensuring that you consider all factors, from identifying the problem to evaluating your actions afterward. Remember, the goal is to be ethical and make the best decision with what is available to you in that moment, not to find the "right" or "perfect" option. To deepen your understanding, we'll explore a case study and engage in creative exploration, reflecting on the emotional experience of ethical uncertainty and how structured models can ease the process.
