What you will learn
This experiential training explores the role of ritual and intentional space in the supervisory relationship. Designed for supervisors in the helping professions, this course offers practical tools and reflective exercises to help create more grounded, connected, and consistent supervision—whether in-person or online.
Participants will consider how rituals and environmental cues can foster safety, creativity, and clarity for supervisees. Together, we’ll explore ways to bring structure and warmth into supervision through repeatable practices, intentional physical space, and thoughtful virtual engagement.
By the end of the training, participants will be able to describe how the consistency of ritual can support supervisees, identify at least two ways to bring ritual into their supervisory work, envision elements that support a welcoming in-person supervision space, and name at least one strategy to make online supervision feel more connected.
